WHY FRACTIONAL WORKS

Projects start at $4,000 and retainers start at $2,000/month. We have limited availability.
For retainers, we have a 3-month contract minimum. It takes time to build a revenue engine, and we typically front-load the hours/workload at the beginning of the month to build momentum. Afterward, we move to a month-to-month agreement and requires a 30-day notice from either party to terminate the agreement.
We do not. While we have marketing skills, our specialty is revenue operations, data insights, AI, GTM engineering, outbound, and automations. It's our happy spot.

During our initial call, we will capture your north-star-goal and ensure monthly projects are in alignment of those goals. Each month, we will identify your priorities/projects, and then the trailBlazer6 team will execute those priorities.
We have implemented HubSpot, RevOps, and GTM projects in the SaaS, Fintech, Biotech, LegalTech, Manufacturing, and Professional Services sectors - from A-round funded startups to $100M ARR companies.
The trailBlazer6 team consists of four people and they are located in the United States. In the past, the team grew; however, it was difficult to maintain quality. By keeping the team small, the output quality becomes sustainable. Due to our size, we have limited availability.
Our ideal customers have product-market-fit, a minimum $5M in ARR or A-round funded, and in the B2B sector. Our ideal customers are ready to scale - i.e., increase output without increasing headcount.
